The most important relationship I've started this year was a brand new relationship with myself.
In todays podcast episode, I talk about what 2020 has taught me about the relationship with myself and how it crushed me only to come out having the self respect and self love that I never gave myself permission to have.
I think this was a year that was trying to bring everyone else back to their true self in order to be comfortable with themselves and to love themselves in a way that would only bring more love to the world.
This is what I experienced. With this new relationship with myself, I have experienced more freedom. I have forgave myself for so many things. I have accepted myself for exactly who I am right now.

This has give me a whole new perspective in life.
I have also come to continually understand that what the world reflects back to us is us in the world. In other words, life is one big mirror. As below, so above.
So you might as way love yourself in a way that the world love you right back.
Enjoy the episode!
Keep Going,
Kyle Heidt
